If I could rate them an infinite amount of stars, I would. I have never felt so incredibly taken care of. My case was bad to start. They were my second opinion (should have gone there first) after I was told my best option is dentures. South Island got me in so quickly for both appts. You all are such genuinely nice people, true professionals and each of you are excellent in your jobs. You all really have made our experience feel safe. I will refer anyone who listens to me to your clinic <3
I had a great experience with the back of the house team. Dr. M was great, the hygienist was great, timing was impeccable. But the girl at the front are not on their game. Rude and unsure of her job. Up and down, back and forth. Focus on ONE thing at a time. It’s a shame there’s no consistency with her. It was like she was on speed or forgot to take her medication. Very kind and accommodating staff. Everything was explained in a very straight forward way and they were happy to answer any questions. 10/10
Always a great experience! Front desk is so friendly and dentists and hygienists are amazing. Recently took my son for his first appointment and had my 3 year old daughter with me. They were so kind and accommodating, providing my daughter with toys and a blanket to sit on while they checked my son’s teeth. Dr. Macmillan was so patient with my son. My son wasn’t too keen on opening his mouth at first, but he did a great job making him feel comfortable!
