The Senior Center is fabulous. I had my taxes done by the AARP folks. They entered the wrong amount for the IRS to withdraw. I know people make mistakes. I understand that. My dismay was in the fact that I could'nt get in touch with the person in charge of the tax-aide. I was told it will be 3 weeks before she would call me. I didnt know where the mistake was made if I owed more or less. She finally did call me and apologized for the error, assured me if I was going to get a penalty she would pay for it.
