Nice, well-maintained property with a professional and helpful management team. The building is kept in good condition, and communication has always been easy.
Great building with clean, well-kept facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The management and staff are friendly, responsive, and always helpful.
Property managers Cecilia and Claudia are excellent property managers. They take care of the tenants needs .I do the pest control for them and they’re always on time and tentative to their tenant needs.
Great management. And great place to stay. Very close to bayshore and walking distance to University of Tampa.
Great apartment complex-close to everything you need and very well managed. Brent, the landlord, is super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!
