11AM Nov 02. We drove from London to Exeter as there were no available early walk in. When we got there, the admin lady told us that we cannot get accommodated since they have reached there limit. I explained to the admin lady that I came all the way from London and my family doctor and I was on the clinic on Oct. 30 for the appointment but my sickness got back so I think I need an early assesment or prescription. I arrived at 10:30, 5 people ahead of me waiting on a nice sunny breezy Sat, they opened at 10:45 sharp and worked us through quickly and efficiently and I was seen by Dr by 11:20, now to kick this ear infection to the curb with much needed antibiotics. Such friendly understanding staff. Thanks for working weekends!
I took my 14mo daughter with me to the clinic, we waited for 3 hours before being seen which isn’t the problem. When I was seen, the physician appeared unpleasant towards me and made multiple seemingly rude remarks about me bringing my child with me to an appointment. I’m sorry that my child is crying or unsettled, she’s been sitting here all morning. What is a parent supposed to do with a child on a Saturday while my spouse is at work?
