First of all, there were 2 bloodwork appointments for the same time slot. Not really a big deal, but unnecessary. As I sat waiting, I read the usual poster that outlines how patients should behave towards staff as in no abusive behaviour, etc. That's fine, however I would like to add my own poster which outlines some basic expectations of the staff.
