The staff has no compassion for a rescue dog. They treated her very disrespectfully. They showed very little care and no concern for the dog and owners. Definitely improvement required.
When I called to book my puppy's initial exam and booster, I provided his exact vaccine history. I was quoted $110 + tax for the exam and booster and scheduled an appointment. However, when I arrived at the Grand Bend office, it was closed. I was then informed that phone lines forward to the Zurich location and my appointment had been booked there without my knowledge, doubling my travel time. Everyone was so caring and nice when I had to bring my cat Pixie in to be euthanized. The process was explained to me and that made it so much easier on me. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and sympathy.
I haven't gone to these guys in a few months as I have cats, but a year or so back my ome cat got ill because I change cat food. I wanted to get them on some wet food for hydration and though since they spit hair balls all the time I would use a anti hairball blend. The fiber in the food actually cause my one cat to stop using the washroom do to essentially too hard of stool and caused a blockage which had him vo.iting every 5 minutes.
