Great place, great staff, best vet around. Highly recommend. Ive tried several different vets for my dogs and they all fell short for various reasons. South Howard was suggested by a friend and now I wont take my dogs anywhere else. Quick service, competitive pricing and they always follow up after the fact, because they truly care. Do not go to this vet! They do not care about your pets and only care about taking your money. They used to be reasonably priced but now they only see dollar signs.
Went to South Howard for Flea medication for my cats. Got charged $450 for two boxes of flea meds when I only asked for 2 doses. When trying to return the one box 20minutes after realizing both boxes are the same they told me I couldn’t because I walked out of the building with it and it’s a medication. I told them they were unopened and I hadn’t even gone home yet with them and I was told no.So 10 extra doses of flea treatment that I never asked for going to waste along with $450.
