I've been a client of SHAH for 30 years. The vets and staff are simply the best. Dr Roossien is capable and compassionate. No matter how busy they are, she takes as much time as needed for your visit. She ensures your pet is calm, does a thorough exam and diagnosis, explains everything to you, discusses treatment options, and helps you evaluate the best course of action for your particular situation. I would rate SHAH and Dr Roossien a dozen stars if I could.
I give Dr. Roosien 5 stars because she is highly competent and is extremely caring to both the animal and its person.
