The guy behind the desk was incredibly rude and condescending. I drove 30 minutes to this place to get my vehicle that I purchased here serviced and ended up having to turn right back around. This was partially my fault as I did not have the proper paperwork but the attitude of the guy along with the fact that he couldn’t tell me how to get the paperwork, despite having the PennDOT site pulled up right in front of me because he “doesn’t live in the state”. Just scheduled my 4th appointment for the same issue that has not been resolved after 3 visits. I'm currently on my 4th Toyota vehicle, this is the first service center I've ever had to come back to for an unfixed issue. I'm starting to think the service department hates the sales department and wants to make sure I don't ever buy a 5th Toyota.
