My recent experience was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in to have the air conditioner repaired, and was told there were no leaks after they ran diagnostics and checked everything thoroughly. Just a week later, the refrigerant had leaked out, and now they’re saying there is a leak. I'm being asked to pay again for a recharge and the actual repair—despite being assured earlier that everything was fine. This kind of service is frustrating and unacceptable
