While pleasant enough, I have to say that their jewelry repair is extremely over priced. I had a diamond reset in my husband's band. I was quoted a price that was slightly high but not extreme. I had wanted the band to be brushed rather than polished and after they re calcluated the price it had gone up by $40. Having been in the business in the pasr, I can tell you that this is quite high. I was looking for a family jeweler in the area, I guess I will keep looking.
My boyfriend and I found the Verragio ring of my dreams at South Hills Jewelers. Michelle was very helpful and educated us in the selection of a terrific diamond, This was custom made to our specifications. I would highly recommend South Hills Jewelers and their friendly/helpful staff.
I just got engaged on August 4th 2013! My fianc bought the ring at south hills jewelry! The ring was too big, we took it back Tuesday n had it resized and was promptly called with in one hour. The ring was still too big, so I went by myself today n was treated very poorly! The lady was a different lady from Tuesday n didnot give me any options than to pay $80 for gold inserts!
