Front office is lacking. Whenever you call to make an appointment you have to leave a mesage takes too long for someone to call you back. The Clinical staff is wonderful once ypu get passed the front office and van get an appointment.
Office staff is impossible is almost never available, is unresponsive and is impossible to work with to accomplish short or long-term patient needs.
Secretary is extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs another profession.
Dropped off a client for an appointment.
They are always over a half hour late, cold bedside manner, and always seem to be in a rush and never solve any issues. They only care about quickly getting to their next appointment which the irony of being late is spectacular. I’ve never walked out of an appointment in tears until going here. Went here for over a year and they solved nothing but made it worse.
