This is for the service department. I have a ‘22 Wrangler and the brakes started acting weird recently. We did not buy our jeep at Washington CDJR but we took it there because it’s close to home. Dewayne jumped right on it and he and the tech guy figured out what was going on. We did have to wait a bit for the parts to come in, through NO fault of Washington CDJR. Very impressed with the help we received from Dewayne in the service department…Also, when service was off on Saturday, Kyle the General Manager, took my phone call and was able to assure me our truck made it there safely after being towed on Thursday evening from Greenville. It was there a total of 5 days and we were notified of everything in an extremely professional and timely manner! Would highly recommend!
