It is a good thing they are renovating. It really needs it. The ladies at the front desk were very good. They were polite and helpful when needed.
This message is for the owner Jeff Kim. I booked rooms at South Hill Lodge in Prince Albert for my staff, and they contacted me immediately after checking in to express serious concerns. The rooms were in unacceptable condition — dirty, poorly maintained, blood on the carpet and not at all as advertised. They also reported that the front desk staff were unprofessional and extremely difficult to communicate with due to a significant language barrier. Registered at this hotel, went to the room. Blood on bedding, stains , bugs , snot on walls ,floors not cleaned, previous guests' items left in room. Hotel staff was unpleasant when requesting a full refund as this place was the worst hotel I have ever seen.
