Doesn't answer their phones, "forgot" to send prescription refill to pharmacy after Appointment, resulting in missing doses. Drs "don't have time" to explain things during your appointment. Be extra careful if you have a phone appointment as they sometimes just don't call.
I genuinely love this clinic and was shocked to see the relatively low rating. When I started reading the low reviews it began to make sense -- they're mostly long term clients who were upset with changes the clinic's made as mandated by the healthcare system broadly thinking they're problems with this clinic specifically. Must have an appointment. My Family Dr Pamal is great. Sometimes it feels like in a rush. But they do their best. Parking is nor easy though. They should have few designated spots for patients at the back or the front.
