We had Juan and his team replace our old shower surround with a new soaking tub, tile, and plumbing fixtures. He is fantastic to work with. I have NEVER had a contractor that’s so responsive. He was at the job early and stayed with it u til it was completed. His work is beautiful and his bill was exactly what he said it would be. I will definitely be using him again.
Juan was so quick to respond last night after reaching out about two cracks in our kitchen (ceiling) and bathroom (around the shower and sink). He provided a good price and came over this morning with team and not only fixed the cracks mentioned the evening before but even fixed other areas while here. Everything looks great and will definitely be reaching again for future projects.
Mr. Ortiz, and his brother did a wonderful job replacing insulation and a vapor barrier on our manufactured home. They quickly gave me a reseasonable estimate. They scheduled the job for the next day and completed it in a very timely manner. I will definitely use South Hill Construction again!
Hired them to repair a deck, replace a sliding glass door and replace/repaint a portion of the house siding. It took 3.5 days and everything looks great. Would use South Hill Construction again.
I hired Juan to make several changes to a rental home. He and his team added a large patio cover, installed three new windows, installed a bath vanity, tiled a shower/tub, as well as other various tasks, I found Juan to be honest, trustworthy and very competent.
