After multiple experiences, I’ve lost confidence in this clinic. I lost a cat during a routine neutering procedure with no clear explanation given. More recently, I was advised that another cat needed surgery for the entire leg or euthanasia due to severe pain and inability to walk, yet the cat appeared mobile and comfortable once home.
