My aunt was in this place long term. Absolutely filthy they don't care about the residents. They said my aunt fell and bruised up her face and head injuries didn't match those that could happen because of a fall. Please don't put your family in this place. They would be better off at the Midtown motel in Gastonia both places should be shut down.
My family member lived there for a time. They made many friends & some of the staff would look out for them. There seemed to always be a new face (nurses/aids). On a few occasions, they ran out of my family members medication. It only happened during the weekend, when it was near impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Anytime I had a problem, once I was able to reach someone, the problem was handled. However, I don’t know who owns it now. They also could provide better meals for residents. This place should be a mental health facility! It’s very dirty, They don’t clean everyday, My mothers meds got missing, they let anyone go in and out of her room when she wasn’t there. It was terrible

Do not put your loved one in this facility it is not fit for humans...I would not give it a 1 star but I had to select one to write a review.
