This place is for Seniors and people with disabilities (so l was told). Visitor parking is at the far end of the parking lot with minimal spaces available. Plenty of handicap parking spaces but they have apartment numbers on the signs and I never saw any cars parked in those spaces. Very old building that really needs upgraded. No security person at the door to buzz visitors in. You are required to sign in/out, but l very rarely saw anyone doing that. Everytime have called there no one ever answers the phone, left messages and no one has ever called me back, think most of the residents are on federal or state assistance so if qualified you pay 1/3 of the rent with electric included so its a great deal.
I went right by not in. Overpriced in my opinion.
