Terrible doctors twice in the last 3 months I have sat in a que for almost 30 mins to be told they have no appointments i have a long term ill partner, if you are over subscribed then stop taking on patients.. absolute joke avoid like they will give you the plague
Good effort
Outstanding GP surgery. Always able to get appointments and available at short notice. Excellent reception staff, nurses, phlebotomists and GP’s. Feel listened to and concerns taken seriously. I really cannot praise the practice enough.
Normally go to Langbaurgh surgery where the staff are great and waiting times are reasonable. I have lately had two occasions to attend Coatham surgery where the waiting times are horrendous. On both occasions at least 30mins over appointment time. I will not be returning.
