Regina is awesome, love her. She gets me in & out quickly. Great place the office is always clean. The staff is always friendly & welcoming when I go even when I may not feel the greatest. Very quick response on messages too.
Dr. Karamalegos is awesome, as is the nursing staff and reception. The waiting areas have helpful health information on the screens, and some exam rooms have an interactive screen where you can look up everything from 3D anatomy to videos of disease states. Somehow, no matter what, Dr. K seems to always be in a good mood which is so refreshing these days. He is responsive and timely via MyChart, and always glad to help whatever way he can.
Doctors here are wonderful .. the receptionist is awful.. Absolutely rude everytime I come. Today she tells me I have a balance and announced the amount out loud for everyone in the waiting area to hear. Very rude and unprofessional......
