During my recent visit, I found the experience at the first-floor reception disappointing. There were no clear signs indicating where our appointment was being held, which left us unsure of where to go. When I approached the receptionist for assistance, she seemed to avoid making eye contact and was not very welcoming. Her response was brief and came across as quite abrupt. Clearer signage and a more approachable attitude from the reception staff would greatly improve the visitor experience.
