If there is anyone like me that's absolutely terrified of dentists out there , I would highly recommend Dr Jay Choi and his wonderful nurse Julie, at South Gippsland Dental Clinic. The Staff at South Gippsland Dental Clinic is friendly, empathetic, and reassuring. My treatment plan for 2 implants was explained thoroughly and today Dr Kim performed step 1 of the procedure effectively and efficiently and made me feel comfortable. My experience with Paul The Hygienist from South Gippsland Dental was extremely pleasant and thorough. For the first time in 10 years I felt that my dental issues were not only heard but will be delt with and I will be supported on this journey.
Went to get my daughter assessed for braces/invisalign. She’d had a spacer thingy in her mouth from another dentist who insisted she absolutely HAD to have Invisalign. Whereas here, I felt like I wasn’t just being sold expensive treatments for the sake of them getting paid; Dr Dean suggested any changes from aligner treatment would be negligible and probably not worth the investment! Not just in it for the money which seems rare these days! Thanks!
