Vivienne was easy to talk to, listened and was aware of what I was trying to achieve with our sessions, the environment was warm and friendly as was Vivienne, I greatly appreciated the clarity at the beginning with accounts and what Vivienne expected as well. I was provided with tools and was given the opportunity to use them plus reflect on what I wanted. Greatly appreciated reposes when I had forgotten my dates and times to attend.
Vivienne was so professional in her counselling services where she showed the perfect amount of care and empathy that our relationship needed. She made us feel comfortable to be vulnerable and held us accountable for taking control of our actions which in turn, truly made a positive difference in our lives and how we treat others. Dr Vivienne Colegrove of South Gippsland Counselling is amazing my mother and I sought out her services to improve our relationship and wow we’ve never been so close and understanding of each other has been amazing.
