This company did the ducted heater install for the new house I brought. The heater is only a year old so still under warranty but we’ve found the thermostat is 5 degrees out of temperature so it turns off early. I’ve called them numerous times to get this faulty controller replaced under warranty. Spoken to the owner and he told him he’ll contact me to get it sorted. It’s been over a month and no answers. Called them back, no answers. I’ve ended up getting someone to replace it.
We are very happy with our new air conditioner. Mick's team did an impeccable job of installation.
During this cold blast our heater gave up. The service was prompt, parts ordered and installed in a week 👍 great service and very fair pricing 👍 thanks - would definitely recommend

Today we had 2 split systems installed and gas heater decommissioned by South Gippsland air-conditioning. Absolutely wonderful. They have a fantastic team of guys working for them. So quick, organised, helpful, friendly and clean. Really very happy with everything,from the first visit to quote the work, which was a really good quote for the work needed and then installation day. Highly recommended 5 stars well deserved .
