Then they will be terribly rude to you over the phone while claiming all responsibility is on the patient to apparently question your doctor over everything they do to avoid being charged out of network for routine procedures...while you're in your in-network PCP office!
Just tried to call 10 times with no response, their voicemail is full as well. After an hour and a half finally got an answer and the woman who answered seemed like she was more confused than I was.
