I would give it a zero but I couldn't leave a review. Neha Kakkar is a terrible doctor my father was going to her about breathing problems she gave him antibiotics saying it was bronchitis. Never got better he went back a couple months later not able to breath. I mean you can hear the whistling when he breathed, she just listens to his lungs and said the sound good gave him more antibiotics and steroids saying that was his throat that it was strep throat. They will automatically send tests and bloodwork to Bacon Co. Hospital without warning you about whether it is in your network or not. Then they will be terribly rude to you over the phone while claiming all responsibility is on the patient to apparently question your doctor over everything they do to avoid being charged out of network for routine procedures...while you're in your in-network PCP office!
Just tried to call 10 times with no response, their voicemail is full as well. After an hour and a half finally got an answer and the woman who answered seemed like she was more confused than I was.
