Just wanted to commend y'all on having top notch, above and beyond, customer service! I purchased a bag of your whole pecans from Winn-Dixie last week & tried to use them on Saturday. They were horribly rancid (I blame the store, not your company). I called y'all on Tuesday afternoon and the first pleasant surprise was that an actual person answered ... very nice!
