I have been a customer for years....placed 2 orders this year and never arrived, BUT I sure was charged! Have sent email and called - on hold for over an hour. Filing complaint and billing dispute with my credit card. Very disappointed!
I am from Valdosta. I married a military man and have lived many places since. My mom used to send us a package from South Ga Pecan Co every Christmas and it always contained a bag of the amaretto chocolate pecans. My family of 5 just loved them! We started a tradition when they arrived each year. The bag would be hidden somewhere in the kitchen. If you found it, you could have a few of the pecans. I order a Christmas gift on Dec 12th, it is now Christmas Eve, store is closed and my order still says unshipped. All they had to do is tell me they couldn’t fill my order, but NO they took my money and will not respond to email and will NOT answer their phone. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
