The staff have been VERY helpful in working out the power reporting issues I had with Georgia Power and my solar system. I wanted to go further on this. I was paying about $300 a month to Georgia Power, had reached out to various customer service department, email addresses, and phone numbers but was not getting any help or even a response. If you have been leaning toward installing solar and have been hesitant your time to get the federal tax credit is almost up.
