I called the number on the website and Fred, the owner, immediately answered the phone. I requested quotes on the pricing of certain amounts of Mulch and Gravel, trying to see if it aligned with my budget. I usually don't do reviews but this was uncalled for. So I called the number someone gave me. A guy answers and tells me that it's his personal and to call the office. I did so with no answer. Cool, maybe I didn't hear him correctly because he was working outside. I go to Google and just press the call button. At the time, I didn't know it was the same guy but when he found out it was me again, he went ballistic trying to go off on me as if I purposely called to bother him. It was an honest mistake. I gave a 2 because my first experience was pretty good. The man working there was kind and knowledgeable. The issue comes from the owner. A few weeks after I purchased soil I realized I needed more. Trying to support local businesses, I was going to return. It was a Sunday and when I looked online they were listed as open. I called to be on the safe side but there was no answer.
