I gave a 2 because my first experience was pretty good. The man working there was kind and knowledgeable. The issue comes from the owner. A few weeks after I purchased soil I realized I needed more. Trying to support local businesses, I was going to return. It was a Sunday and when I looked online they were listed as open. I called to be on the safe side but there was no answer. Well priced/quality landscape products. The customer service however is what keeps them coming back. Awesome..
