South Forty Floral was THE BEST florist I could have asked for our wedding. Stephanie was so helpful and easy to work with. After firing our wedding planner, I decided to plan my own wedding. Stephanie volunteered to come to the venue with me to look at the space and better understand what would look good for flowers. ABSOLUTELY WORST EVER !! Stephanie ruined my daughter’s wedding !!!! She was in charge of the ceremony decorations which (most were from rental company) . She was the coordinator for the ceremony & also made bridesmaids bouquets & boutonnières. She dropped bouquets & boutonnières off late . The flowers were dead and no color ! I had to pay the reception florist to quick make from the extras new bouquets. The boutonnières had to be peeled and placed strategically so not to see the curled dead part. I saved booking flowers for last because I didn't think I could afford them, I reached out on Facebook and got an immediate response! I was even more relieved when I met her in person, she was so much fun and so kind! If I could give this business 0 stars I would! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! We initially had our wedding date set for April 2020 and HAD TO postpone due to Covid. I contacted Stephanie and She was initially understanding. Fast forward to a year later, I called Stephanie to let her know our wedding was rescheduled to February 2022. She scoffed and said “that’s Valentine’s weekend, I know for sure I’m booked”. I then asked for my $300 deposit back (for a $700 order) and she refused.
