There was problems every step of the way such as: Getting the wrong account number to transfer deposit Having the purchase contract be incorrect numerous times Finding out after the survey and renogotiated price had been established that a big ticket item that was said to be under warranty was not and finally During the title search it was learned that this was a 3 owner boat and not a 2 owner boat.
