They tried to upcharge me and push items I didn't need. When I attempted to discuss the cost, there was poor communication from Eta. South Florida has become a difficult place to have any type of respectable business relationship with any business. You pay the full price, but get half the job. These contractors either show up late or not at all. Most of them are professional liars. I’m not sure how this company has so many positive reviews—probably relatives or friends.

Excellent work, the installation was very quick and flawless. They are very responsive and knowledgeable, the shades are very good quality, good price and look great. Completely recommend them.

They are very professional and honest. I like their service. Excellent customer service Josh is very efficient and proactive. He really knows what he is doing. They are very good from day one until the finish day in communication and punctuality. Highly recommend this company.
