The worse service, my daughter glasses broke that we got from this place in October I was told that our insurance would give one extra frame a year, when I called I was told u had to pay for it. I came in to give them the old glasses so that I can pick the new ones at lunch, because they work same hours as I do. They said the frame will be here tomorrow but we will not keep your old one's in case they get missplaced, I asked my daughter leaving on Saturday for the weeks and u work same hours, they told me we open till six on... read more

The receptionist at the Lantana location has the “I don’t give a crap about your problem”. First they say it’ll be 1 week then they say it was a mistake it’s a 2 week turnaround time. It is now going o 3 weeks, they don’t return my calls like they say they will and I can’t get answers. I’ve already gone to the Better Business Bureau website and gave a BAD REVIEW!!!!!!
They are very kind here. A mistake was discovered and they fixed it quickly
First let me say horrible customer service. Will not return for our children's glasses. Had to go there twice in 2 days to try and get the lense prescription changed. My wife thought the lenses were covered under their insurance. They guy got such an attitude when that was brought up, turned off his computer, almost threw the glasses back and said I can't help you. Took everything I had not to punch this guy in the face. Should have looked at the reviews of their other locations, all bad.
