The front desk woman has a terrible nasty attitude! She seems to hate people so not sure why she is there.
I had a terrible experience at this eye clinic. The receptionists are extremely rude, aggressive, and poorly informed. If you don’t like working in customer service, then don’t take it out on people who come in for help. I called in the morning to book an appointment and was clearly told over the phone that they accepted my insurance. I even took the day off work. There so unprofessional the front desk and the manager need to get replaced they're rude and disrespectful they treat kids and elderly with disrespect and they haven't gotten fire but to say the my 2 year old is running her mouth is so not ok
I will never recommend this place to anyone . About 85 % of people here are the elderly and it’s obvious that they don’t care about the elderly it’s all about the money . The doctors are great knowledgeable and do a good job at what they do. However the system they have it’s not customer friendly. The initial application is set from another location .
