Jill Brotherton and her team have always been super thorough for all of our closings. Very responsive when we’ve needed anything or had questions. Always willing to do whatever it takes to make a closing happen at the last minute. I highly recommend South Florida Title for any real estate transactions!
I would like to respond to Jason McNamara. Upon investigation into Mr. McNamara’s issue, we discovered that South Florida Title Services was not responsible for the error. We closed on Mr McNamara’s property in 2016 and the error was done in 2019 by a law firm. We are not allowed by the Florida Statutes to fix a legal document that we were not involved in. That would be practicing law without a license. Mr McNamara was notified by email that we were not responsible I apologize for the misunderstanding
