Very disappointed with the experience. First off, they don’t wire the commission to agents, something that is customary since like 2009. Multiple repetitive emails needed to be sent to get a proper response. And then they requested a disbursement authorization form from the listing agent but did not follow the instructions on the form. Common sense is not so common these days. And for someone that closes a high volume of transactions yearly, I was very disappointed. These people need to get with the times!

While my experience with this title company before closing was positive, their post-closing service has been extremely frustrating. For two months, I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved with reissuing checks, and I’ve only been met with delays, excuses, and being passed around from person to person. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to anyone due to their poor customer service after closing.

My experience working with South Florida Title Associates, LLC – Cooper City was excellent. Since I started using their services I have been served very kind, diligent, professional, fast, and honest. I was surprised by how smooth was the process, every time I called the office the answer was explicitly detailed, informed, and showed knowledge With the bonus of having the best cost and being people who honor their word, I would be willing to recommend them to anyone who needs to receive their services.
