The treatment was well managed and the staff was friendly and very competent
I recently completed a 9 week radiation treatment at GenesisCare. Dr Shieh was the best! He clearly explained my treatment’s progress and was always available to talk. He is not an alarmist and I was very confident/comfortable in his care. The office staff were personable and they always answered the phone. The technicians were extremely patient, professional, and friendly. The facility was clean and the equipment was cutting edge. If I could, I would give GenesisCare a 6 star rating.
