Encantado con el lugar, pero mas todavia con Catalina,la tecnico de ultrasonido, primera vez en todo el embarazo de mi esposa que nos explican tan bien cada detalle de las imagenes de la ecografia. Super agradable, atenta y muy servicial. Estamos mas que complacidos con el trato y la atencion.
We had to come to check the baby one more time and I cannot emphasize enough how professional and kind the U/S tech (Catalina) treated my wife. We were very nervous and worried because the OBGYN Dr. referred us there again to confirm baby's growth (not a normal test). Thanks God everything was fine but Catalina made a difference on how we perceived the whole experience.
I went for my first visit to the Kendall location and had such a wonderful experience. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. My tech Lily was great, she explained everything and made me feel comfortable.
These women are pregnant, a better attitude would be appreciated and accurate information. I gave my name and I was confused for some one else. The front desk lady’s words were you don’t have a appointment you lose your baby so yes horrible.
Horrible management and treatment. Cancelled two appts and fabricated that my dr needed to see me in order to review my case. Office staff is rude and not at all how an office facilitates. Extended wait times of ridiculous. No empathy. Now having me do unnecessary tests when way passed threshhold. Dont care about my pregnancy or high risk issues. Would not recommend at all.
