I was sent here a week ago for a viability scan after some contraction like pains. They had me waiting OVER AN HOUR because they did not verify my insurance before my visit. I ended up leaving and going to the ER. Then TODAY I had an appointment for a fetal scan that was scheduled for 8am three weeks ago. I received a text message conformation last night stating the appointment was at 830 but to arrive 30 mins early. I arrived at 750 to a locked office so I waited. 830 arrived and still no one here. I call the office and fin... read more

I was sent to Dr Lei for an amniocentesis since we had recently found we were both carriers of SMA. On December 20th, 2018, the results came back. they had one of their councelors call me while i was at work to tell my daughter DOES have SMA and that they were very sorry as there was no cure or treatment. they pretty much told me i could do a late term abortion or know my daughter would never hold up her head, sit, walk, breathe independently or eat independently and that she would not see her second birthday. we were devast... read more

Most horrendous experience we have ever had. Dr Lai is a disgusting excuse for a doctor. He should not be practicing medicine. He has HUNDREDS of lawsuits against him, no malpractice insurance and continues to practice because the system unfortunately allows it (too long to explain here). Do your homework before going to him. Every single review on him and his office is 150% accurate.

Anthony Lai is the worst excuse for a Dr and human being. Not only does he put patients’ lives in jeopardy but he does so knowingly and without consequences. His office staff is cold and lack empathy. He has no malpractice insurance and hundreds of lawsuits against him. DO NOT go to this office!

Horrible Experience. Look elsewhere! My eyes are still swollen from crying. Currently the facility is only allowing patient (no guests) inside due to virus. This is understandable, but they have a strict zero phone policy so you cannot facetime your significant other while getting your anatomy ultrasound done, which is the MOST detailed ultrasound you get. They offer a USB of static images. There is nothing more precious than watching your baby move and kick about- and this place makes you do it completely alone. Has the Cor... read more

I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and patients are not allowed to bring guests. However, we should be able to FaceTime our partner so they can be a part of it somehow. Coronavirus has taken enough from us expectant moms, these offices should be considerate and remove their no phone policy while the one guest rule is in place.

I went there once at the beginning of my pregnancy for some lab work and an ultra sound, I paid my copay and was told I was good to go! Months later (after my son was born)I received a bill that I owed $359, at the time I could not pay it. A few months later I had attorneys contacting me to collect the debt, I tried to work out a payment plan but the amount I was able to pay was not enough for them, fast forward to now, I am being sued by them for $359!!!!! A simple phone call from the doctors office to work out a payment pl... read more

I'll start by saying that I've only had positive experiences with the Doctor and nursing staff. However, the billing department within this system has continuously treated me as a criminal when it comes to making payments for deductibles. They do not see us as patients or customers, their primary goal is collections. As soon as they take your name, the first thing you hear from front desk staff is that you're responsible for a deductible. They demand payment upfront, and do not care about the fact that I have a spending acco... read more
