Please do not go here…awful experience! The front desk lady is very condescending and you can tell over worked and not happy. Once in the room with Dr G he seemed extremely rushed, glanced at my pet scan, proceeded to tell me I had cancer in places that I don’t. Not sure if he even had my pet scan, or someone else’s. Then I was told they were too busy to call the hospital to get my port scheduled to call myself. I had my 2nd appointment on December 19, 2025. This was, without question, the most unprofessional and distressing experience I have ever had in a medical setting. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff displayed unprofessional and sarcastic behavior when interacting with patients. While seated in the waiting area with several other patients, I was not feeling well and had my head down. Dr.Gandhi was very informative and his office staff are very nice. Today was my 2nd visit and Dr.Alexandria was absolutely amazing as well, she was super informative and definitely stands out to be one of the best doctors I have come across and I have to say I would recommend them to anyone that needs the best Oncologist. If I could rate this facility 0 stars I would. For starters the receptionist has a very condescending and sarcastic tone when speaking to patients and their family members. I heard her call someone a moron as she walked away from the front desk and she didn’t even try to mumble it. If I could leave a negative star I would clicked it with the utter most swiftness. They are awful here and there is a lack of professional medical care. They are quick to tell you “that's not my department” and they make you feel awful for asking them to do their job. Charmaine was very rude, she started to yell on the phone and tried to make it sound as though she was doing me a favor.
