I had a very disappointing experience at this office today. My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 AM, but the day before, I received a voicemail from a staff member stating that my lab results were in and that Dr. Taché advised me to take an over-the-counter supplement for low vitamin D. Since nothing else was mentioned, I assumed that was the only issue. Because it was too late to cancel, I went to the office in the morning to avoid a no-show fee. Visited this office twice. Dr Tache, the PA and the phlebotomists are indeed professional and the drive to document and follow thru with procedure is solid. My issue is the office structure of this practice is seemingly struggling to manage the ingress and egress of the patient. First time I was there, it took 10 minutes to check out. Today, after 1 hr 15 min to see the Dr, I had to leave. I tried to actually let them know, but there was a wait apparently to be seen at the window. Horrible Place Horrible staff. Dr. Melo and his PA Dr Bradley don't care they don't engage with patients and communicate with you the steps in your care. The infusion area is dirty, not sanitary always packed, and limited nurses, and is very outdated there is no privacy I'm currently doing chemo treatments at the plantation location and can't stand it. The nurses are noisy, rude, and gossipy. Triage is super small and slow as hell. The waiting area lobby area is small and outdated. I wish I had chosen another doctor or facil... read more
