As far as first impressions go, this was as bad as it got. I called to inquire about an appointment and was spoken to rudely by the front desk person. I hung up half way because her tone was extremely unkind as if I was inconveniencing her by calling. Please consider the mental state of someone calling for their first appointment and show some level of kindness and compassion.
