Worst experience ever. Rescheduled from a chat link that barely listened when I couldn’t make a rescheduled time I did not agree too days before my appointment. Then after indicating I’d be late, from whatever customer service rep that answered and got the ok to come. Arrived and waited nearly half an hour just to be told I couldn’t see anyone. appt scheduled for 12 wasn’t seen until 1 been waiting on my prescriptions for a month, called 3x a week still haven’t heard anything from the doctor, phone calls are sent somewhere out of office to a lady whose trying her best but genuinely has no idea what’s going on. extremely unprofessional and would recommend avoiding this place if you can.
Dr. Alexis is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. This is my second pregnancy with Dr. Alexis. She has always gone above and beyond to help in anything needed throughout the pregnancy. My husband and I trust in Dr. Alexis and we would highly recommend her to our friends and family! Thank you for everything you do for us!
