One of the worst uncaring offices I have ever had contact with
South Florida neurology staff at front desk this year got really bad service.Ive been there for years.they keep trying to send full bill to me and not to Medicare where they should go. First time claimed they did not have my Medicare number so I gave it to them and said they would fix it.now again I got another bill full amount and said if I did not pay send me collections agency. I’m serious will sue them and look for new doctor even though doctors are very 😌
Shame on this practice. Have a severe issue I need help with and will not consider an appointment until late October. So much for caring and taking care of people.
I would never come back to this place its terrible
Dr Paul is a great Neurologist and I have Multiple Sclerosis so I have seen to a lot. Also they were on time which I really appreciate.
