Poor Communication with other doctors and treatments centers impeded my husband getting proper follow through care for several MONTHS!!
I waited on hold for more than 30+ minutes to speak to someone about confirmation needed from the doctor for a test I had scheduled. Needless to say no one answered the phone. No body calls back when you leave your name and number. It's impossible to get a live person on the phone anymore.
I brought my step-father to see Dr. Cochran for post-stroke pain, numbness, etc. He was so sweet. He seemed to really care. He took his time with us, we must have been in the room for 45 mins. Unfortunately, I believe he has since retired but he was always booked out weeks ahead, good sign. I’m still not able to find another neurologist that compare to him and his bedside manner.
