Horrible experience. I simply asked the Dr if he could take better notes so that I can go back and read his diagnosis. I also wanted to share my notes with others and see my progress over the years. Doctor basically told me to find a different facility, which is insane to tell to a patient. The doctor was always late, never wrote any history down. I had to repeat myself every visit because he had no notes to go off by. As a patient, I have concerns and my concerns were invalidated and dismissed! I ended up changing my insura... read more
This has to be one of the worse doctors office I have ever been to I waited over 2 hours and never did see a doctor , the manager is extremely unprofessional Shanna Oblenis and lori letts refused to service me twice the facility is not ran properly patients are not priority ⸻ I had a very disappointing experience at this office. This is the best place in all of Broward, FL. Here you'll find so much kindness and respect for the patients from the moment you walk in. All the girls who welcome you at the front desk, the nurses, and Dr. Eddy de Jesus are all very committed to the patient's improvement and well-being. Thank you very much. God bless you.
Dr Fernandez, nephrologist, is thorough in his explanations. He takes time to make sure that the patient understands their condition.
