Called him on Sunday morning because my car battery died, the issue was I couldn’t get my hood open because the pull release was snapped. He had me text him the address and he was able to get to me within 20 mins. He was able to get the hood open very quickly and I was able to replace my battery. Quick, reliable and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone!
We have thrown them a lot of work since moving to FL… HOWEVER RECENTLY they have changed hands and the customer service has seriously gone downhill. We have spent thousands here and after our last diesel repair Ed has stopped answering the phone. We had them replace our turbo/actuator and while the truck was on the lot they had a heavy piece of equipment hit our truck. We were very understanding until Ed stopped answering the phone. I called South Florida Mobile Mechanic at 5pm on a Sunday and they were the only one I could find to fix a broke down vehicle at that time. Dylan showed up in 20-30 minutes and immediately got to work replacing the alternator. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He worked until nearly 11 at night to make sure the repair was completed and everything was working properly. He even topped off the windshield washer and radiator fluid.
