Pleasant and helpful staff. Knowledgeable technicians who explained everything thoroughly about the procedure.
The staff id friendly, the billing clerks have no idea how to issue a bill to the insurance company. They are probably hiring homeless people off the street, the ones who failed to pass kindergarten. I am certain these clerks are not qualified for the job they were hired.
