South Florida Medical Imaging is a billing sham. My insurance gave preauthorization for MRI at the Harry Mangurian Diagnostic Imaging Ctr (Healthplex) a Holy Cross Imaging facility. The facility billed for the test (covered by insurance) but the reading of images were billed by out if network radiologists (part of South Florida Medical Imaging). No transparency to patients. Welcoming and competent staff. Efficient service and very easy to arrange.
Loved the ease of scheduling and next to zero wait once I arrived. The technician performing the procedure was wonderful as well - knowledgeable and caring.
Each person that I spoke with thru my care was amazing . Also each person that did my proceedures that tge doctor ordered .Nice , kind , professional. A+++. Thank you !
