South Florida Medical Corporation (SFMC) was by far the WORST medical facility I have dealt with. They have a corrupt system, are NOT providers though they claim to be, and their "owner" Karen gets emotionally butt hurt very quickly. I am a college student and had an ACL reconstruction surgery done on Jan. 8th. My doctor wrote me a prescription for a CPM machine on Jan. 6th and had it sent to this company not knowing how absolutely ridiculously bad they are. Spoke with a lady from this company yesterday that stated she had to wait 48 hours to receive the Dr’s notes which was emailed before they even called me, the lady gave me incorrect info and refused to try to resolve the issue and spoke very harshly to me! I told her I was going to ask my insurance company to find another supplier and she gladly told me to do that, now I find out they are the only company that seems to have my wristband and arm splint available and the insurance company is saying they don’t want to fill my o... read more
I can not recommend South Florida Medical more. Customer service helped and guided us every step of the way for all my family member's equipment needs. The delivery representative who delivered our hospital bed and concentrator answered all our questions. Thank you again.
