Edit: I received a response from the owner, but they deleted it. The response said something along the lines of "This is a negative review so it has to be spam. We reported it. Look at all our good reviews." Then two five stars reviews suddenly appeared within minutes of each other. They did not ask for critique. They did not apologize and ask why I had a bad experience.
